It is the mission of Wilbarger Humane Society:

• to emphasize the importance of spaying and neutering of pets to prevent unwanted animals.

•  to protect animals from abuse, neglect, exploitation and overpopulation

• to give the homeless pets a safe haven until they are adopted into good, caring homes

• to support legislation that broadens the animal cruelty laws and increases the penalty to violators

•  and to educate the public on being responsible pet owners.
